Pita Pita opened in Folsom, CA on March 14, 2005.   Joe Batarseh took over the business on July 1, 2006. 

Joe's first order of business was to revamp the food preparation process, change the recipes, improve service time, and increase serving portions.  Pita Pita uses only top quality fresh meats and vegetables.
